Pennsylvania | Pittsburgh Bans Discrimination Against Lawful Medical Marijuana
The Pittsburgh City Council passes an ordinance prohibiting an employer from discriminating against an employee or applicant who has a lawful status as a medical marijuana patient. Employers may not require pre-employment testing for marijuana or such testing during the course of employment as a condition of employment. Enacted and effective September 24, 2024.
