Reminder to Use the New Form I-9 November
Don’t forget! Beginning November 1, 2023, all employers need to use the new Form I-9 with a version date of “(Rev. 08/01/23) to comply with employment eligibility verification responsibilities. Beginning November 1, 2023, employers may be subject to penalties if they use the older form.
