NY Waterfront Payroll Tax updated
Effective 1 July 2021, the NY Waterfront Payroll Tax rate decreased from 1.7% to 1.6%. As a reminder, the Waterfront Payroll Tax is a quarterly employer-only tax that is meant to be run independently of any specific employee’s payroll.

• Former Tax Description: New York Family Leave Benefits
This change does not affect any calculations.
