This article will provide you with instructions on how to access ID cards from the main carriers that Resourcing Edge offers plans from: United Healthcare, MetLife, and inSourceRX.

United Healthcare

United Healthcare is the medical insurance carrier for the Resourcing Edge master medical plans. They will mail out physical cards to the address on file in your re360 portal. You can also obtain a copy of your card by setting up and logging into your account with UHC. Go to myuhc.com and click on “Register Now” and follow the step-by-step instructions. Once you have set up your account, download the UHC mobile app for on the go access to your health plan, including a digital copy of your ID card.

MetLife

MetLife is the carrier that provides the master dental and vision coverages offered through Resourcing Edge. It is important to know that MetLife does not mail out physical ID cards. You can access your benefits without a card by providing the group name: Resourcing Edge, group number: 5347647, and your member number (your social security number). You can also register for online access to get the most out of your plan. This is done through the website at metlife.com/mybenefits. You will enter the employer name: Resourcing Edge, then set up a username and password. Once you have registered on the website, you can download the MetLife app for coverage tools, including a provider search, claims information, and the digital copy of your ID card.

inSourceRX

One of the newest products available free to Resourcing Edge members, their families, and those around them is the Pharmacy Discount card brought to you by inSourceRx. This pharmacy discount card allows you access to significant savings on the medications that you and your family members need to live healthy, fulfilled lives. You can easily access the free card by visiting https://insourcerxgives.com/partners/resourcingedge/. Once you are on the website, you can elect to have an ID card texted, emailed, or mailed to you. You can also print a copy of your ID card directly from the site.
