Resourcing Edge is excited to announce that the rehire process has recently been enhanced in the Re360 portal, with helpful new features so you can make informed decisions when rehiring a terminated employee.
New features within the Rehire Form:
Voluntary Deductions – You can now elect to discontinue or reinstate the withholding of any previous voluntary deductions.
Direct Deposit – You can elect to discontinue or keep active any previous direct deposits. However, we recommend you continue the previous direct deposit accounts as the employee will have the ability to review/change or confirm their accounts when completing their onboarding processes.
Benefits – You can elect to auto enroll or not enroll the employee in benefits.
Personal Information – You can now make changes to the employee’s work and personal email as well as their mobile phone number directly from the rehire process.
Employment Details – Though all previous employment details will automatically populate, you can make any necessary changes such as work location, position, department, etc.
Pay Details – Previous pay details will automatically populate as well. However, if there are any changes that need to be made, you can do so during the rehire process.
All remaining options should be left unchanged unless speaking with your CAM to make alternate elections. Please see this link with detailed instructions on how to complete the new rehire process.
