Colorado Adopts Rules for Job Application Fairness Act
Colorado adopted new rules related to the Job Application Fairness Act (which is effective July 1, 2024) and made technical updates to other rules governing employer posting and screening processes.
7 CCR 1103-18 was adopted by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment on May 3, 2024.
