Rockwall, TX, December 17, 2018 – Resourcing Edge, an industry leader and Certified Professional Employer Organization (CPEO), announces their acquisition of the assets of Courtland Resources, Inc., Best Staffing, Inc. and Michael Dubois CPA, Inc.
“With this acquisition, Resourcing Edge has made an investment into the Beaumont and Golden Triangle Region. Our intent is to continue to grow and expand the workforce and marketplace here,” said Matt Kinnear, Senior Director of Client Services. “We will be retaining all current staff and plan to add jobs to make this location a full-service operation center. We see this area of Texas as a vibrant, growing region that is currently under served compared to other metropolitan areas.”
